Today is the Chinese New Year, Happy New Year to all of my Chinese readers.  The number 5 is considered a lucky number and is associated with the five elements, water, fire, earth, wood and metal. So here are 5 of the foods we should enjoy to ensure a prosperous and happy year to come.
