Basil Ginger Lime Tea is a refreshing and good for you drink made by steeping spices like coriander, cardamom along with fresh basil, ginger and lime juice. A different kind of tea, this is a  refreshing drink that comes with health and healing benefits that can be served chilled or hot.

I have said time and time again about the natural healing and health benefits of spices and herbs. As you can tell, I like to make my own comforting teas to drink as in the recent recipe over the winter that I enjoyed for soothing therapeutic herbal tea.  This tea is no different when it comes to the ingredients because each one serves a purpose.

This basil ginger lime tea is almost as easy as dropping a teabag into a cup and adding hot water.

The element of these teas that I like the most is that they can be enjoyed year round. Ho in the cold months when you’re feeling under the weather and chilled for the warm summer days to refresh and take in added nutrients at the same time. This tea is also caffeine free so you can enjoy it right before bedtime.
