Ginger Gin Fizz is refreshing, summery and bubbly. Gin, fresh lime juice and ginger ale make this a perfectly civilized drink to cool off those on those hot summer evenings, or afternoons.

2 short glasses of ginger gin fizz with lime wedges and mint leaves

This drink is perfect for when the warm summer days turn into balmy summer evenings. Gin is my liquor of choice for this drink, but if you like vodka, go ahead and use it.

A glass from the side

Sometimes you need a little fizz in cocktail and ginger ale is a delicious way to do this. The ginger ale I used is so refreshing and not too sweet, I thought it would work really well in this drink as ginger, lime and mint go so well together.

This drink is perfect for so many occasions. From a formal dinner party to a casual get together.
