Ingredients (6 servings) 1 lb brussel sprouts 3 tablespoons olive oil 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the ends off the brussel sprouts and any outer leaves. Cut in half. Spread on a sheet pan or roasting pan and pour olive oil, add salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until coated. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes until tender.
